Before you sign up for coaching, you might want to know a little more about me.

Hi, I’m Jenna.

I live in Southeastern Massachusetts with my neurodiverse family: all 4 of us have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) with distinct sensory needs, and I’m Autistic (the combination is often shortened to AuDHD). Each family member’s neurodiversity has its own “flavor”, and while we usually appreciate and encourage each other, they don’t always mix well.

All of this was made a little bit easier by my education. I have a Master’s of Education in Student Affairs in Higher Education. The program was founded upon using developmental & environmental theory to support student learning and growth outside of the classroom. Six of my 14 courses focused on that body of theory, its implementation & evaluation, and how to design and consume scientific research.

Still, I used (and continue to use) the hyperfocus trait of AuDHD to learn even more about my family’s neurodiversities. I’ve become a certified Professional Life Coach and was accepted as a member of the Autism Professional Coaching Association.

I am committed to constantly learning about myself, my kids, and the world around me. I leverage that capacity to help more neurodiverse individuals and their loved ones to create their best selves and the supportive environments they need.
